At Herba Health, we want you to love your sustainable fashion pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unworn apparel in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
